Josh is a writer-editor specializing in travel and hospitality. He has put his writing skills to work for clients including Paradise Cruises, the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Buffalo Tours and EAsia. He has also been published in the local and international media, including BBC and The Diplomat. Josh is co-founder of Hanoi Hideaway, a coffee shop review site for digital nomads and cafe enthusiasts.
Hai has been in tourism for a decade, working in operations, sales, and product development. She holds a degree in tourism management from Hanoi Open University. Employers include Exo Travel, Aurora Travel, and Oxalis, where she cultivated her passion for adventure tourism, community based tourism, and sustainable travel.

Bien is a photographer that focuses on travel and journalism. His photographs have been published in both the local and international media, including BBC, Travellive, Zing News and Nikkei Asian Review. He also has a range of clients in the tourism and hospitality industry that use his photographs, including Aurora Travel, Kaab Magazine, The Metropole Hanoi, Viet Deli Today and South Pacific Travel. Bien is co-founder and photographer for Hanoi Hideaway.
A career marketer with 20 years of experience, Jason is managing director and client solutions strategist at Clickable Vietnam. Jason previously worked as Microsoft Vietnam’s digital marketing lead. Before that he was vice president, management supervisor at Cramer-Krasselt, one of America’s largest independent agencies.
Andy is a tourism industry veteran with more than 15 years experience in the UK, Mongolia and Vietnam. He built and managed both an ecolodge and a backpacker hostel in Northern Mongolia. He was product and marketing manager for an outbound UK tour operator start-up; and ran his own fly fishing ecotourism business in Mongolia for over ten years.
Ai divides her time between Hanoi and Hue, where she is a communications consultant, freelance writer, and an advocate of creative leadership skills for youth through the Friends of Hue Foundation. She keeps her creative writing and photography skills from getting rusty through her personal blog The Life of Clouds.
Eilis is a journalist with several years experience writing for UK-based and international business magazines. Having written about the eating and drinking-out scene in the UK for the past few years she left to see more of the world and to eat more food.
Torsten has traveled to over 80 countries and has lived in 18. He began his career in tourism as a guide before working his way up to run departments and offices for several large destination management companies (DMCs). He specializes in selling and marketing destinations to a worldwide audience and developing new and innovate products.
